4 Soups to Eliminate Toxins

Although we usually eat lettuce uncooked in salads, it's worth noting that it's much more digestible if we cook it like we do with other vegetables.

Eat them with dinner for a period of two weeks as a starter along with some light protein (fish, eggs) and an apple or piece of fruit.

Nettle and Celery Soup

Nettle is a wild plant that purifies the blood. It can be collected in the field, from unpolluted areas using plastic gloves. It can also be found in herbalist shops. They’re known to have the following properties:

Celery is also a great detoxifier that not only improves liver and gall bladder function but also benefits the kidneys, which is why we’ve included it in this recipe.

Dandelion and Lettuce Soup

Dandelion contains vitamins A, B, and C, folic acid, potassium, silicon, iron, and tannins. It works on both the kidneys and liver as it’s a totally complete detoxifier. It also possesses diuretic, digestive and slightly laxative properties.

It can be eaten fresh or dried.

We’re used to eating lettuce in salads. However, we can also cook it like any other vegetable to make it even more digestible.

Cumin and Oatmeal Soup

Oatmeal, in addition to giving this soup a little texture, contains fiber and vegetable proteins that help remove toxic substances from the body.

Artichokes are one of the most widely known vegetables for protecting the liver, and can be eaten directly or as a tea made from its leaves.
