The Journal of Psychology also published a study stating that resveratrol can act as substitute for physical exercise in some people. The lead researcher, Jason Dyck, states that a glass of wine with dinner is the perfect amount.

Also, scientists warn that only red wine possesses these benefits and that it should not be consumed every day, but every 48 hours (with dinner one night and not the next).
